Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at the Glass Zoo site so if you are not happy with any item simply; inform us upon delivery within 2 weeks for a full refund or credit of the product purchase price.

If any of items are damaged during shipping you will get you money back& after informing us.
